Gathering your people to let it all flow!

Parenting is difficult. KindFlow embraces this.

Awareness. Acceptance. Common Humanity.

Turning our focus inward to let kindness flow from the heart.

KindFlow, adapted from the Mindful Parenting model, supports becoming aware of our emotions, thoughts and action tendencies during moments of parenting stress.

Through group workshops and daily home practice, participants learn to manage moment-by-moment reactions  with more open, aware and kind responses to themselves, their child and others

Parents feel less stress, more connection to other parents and a stronger, more empathetic & peaceful relationship with their child .

More than a series of lessons, KindFlow shifts our thoughts from "What is wrong with me?" to "What do I need?"

Employee-Wellness Group Workshops

A series of 5 in-person or virtual workshops for employees to engage in small group mindfulness practices then safe & authentic discussion to build community around the beauty and difficulty of parenting and other deep work with children.

Gathering in local joints with short and simple mindfulness practices & authentic conversations to build stronger networks of parents one town at a time. From coffee shops to libraries to PTA meetings, we hit the pause button to let it flow.

Women's Retreats are a popular way to experience KindFlow! From weekend long to afternoon retreats, we hold space to heal.

In customized one-on-one sessions, your child will develop an awareness of their emotions, coping skills, and find confidence in understanding their strengths through play. Collaboration and integration of parents and/or important family members in restorative play sessions builds your family's overall connection and emotional strength.
